Configure notify URL: https://app.amuix.com/api/billing/payfast/notify

PayFast POSTs payment status on completion. One verifies signature, marks transaction paid, applies plan to org, and sends invoice email.

Activity feed

POST /api/external/activity with bridge secret to log events visible in app.amuix.com/activity.

Meeting → CRM sync

When policy workCrmAutoNotesFromMeetings is enabled, Amuix Meet POSTs summaries to /api/external/meeting-summary. Amuix Work creates timeline notes on linked deals.

Ozow notifications

Ozow payments notify /api/billing/ozow/notify with similar fulfillment flow.

Best practices

• Verify webhook signatures before processing
• Respond 200 quickly — retry async work
• Use idempotent handlers (check transaction status before apply)
