Share and collaborate

Invite by email, link sharing, comments, and version history.

Share dialog

Share → invite by email or copy a link. Choose View, Comment, or Edit.

Multiple people can edit at once. Cursors and presence show who is in the file.

Highlight text → Comment to ask questions without changing the draft. Resolve threads when done.

Open version history to restore an earlier revision after a mistaken edit.

Prefer view or comment links for clients. Revoke links from Share when a project ends.
