People access vs link access, and revoking shares.

Share with people

Share → enter emails → choose View or Edit. Recipients get notified when invites are enabled.

Create a link for broader access. Prefer view-only for client packs.

Remove people or disable the link when a project ends. Audit important shares quarterly.

Eligible plans scan uploads. Quarantined files cannot be opened until an admin reviews them.
