Billing admin permissions

Roles that can bill

• Owner — full control including ownership transfer
• Billing admin — checkout, plan changes, invoices, payment methods
• Members — usage visibility only (no payment actions)

Assign a billing admin

1. Open Settings → Organisation → Members
2. Select a user
3. Set role to Billing admin

Agencies

Agency partners manage client organisations from the agency console. Each tenant keeps its own billing and invoices.
