Split participants for workshops, training, and workshops.

Create rooms

During a live meeting: Breakout rooms → Create. Choose automatic or manual assignment.

Hosts can broadcast a message to every room, visit rooms, and set a timer that closes rooms automatically.

Close rooms to return participants to the main session. Save whiteboard or Docs links before closing if groups produced artefacts.
