Record meetings and transcripts

Start recording

Click Record in the toolbar (when your plan includes cloud recording). Files appear under Meetings → Recordings.

Live captions

Turn on captions for accessibility. After the meeting, transcripts may be available depending on plan.

Amuix AI notes

On eligible plans, AI can summarise decisions, action items, and attendees. Review before sharing externally.

Export to Docs

Open a recording → Export transcript to create an editable Amuix Docs file for follow-ups.

Storage

Recordings count toward organisation storage. Delete or archive old files from the recordings library when you no longer need them.
