Invite and manage members

Send invites

Settings → Organisation → Members → Invite. Enter email and role: Owner, Admin, Member, or Guest.

Accept invite

Invitees receive a secure email link. They set a password or use enterprise SSO if configured.

Groups

Under Organisation → Groups, create groups to assign app licenses and policies in bulk — useful for sales vs engineering teams.

Remove access

Deactivate a member to revoke login immediately without deleting audit history. Reactivate later if they return.

Guests

Guest roles suit external collaborators with limited app access. Prefer guests over shared passwords.
