Settings → Policies controls Meet guest access, recording defaults, external sharing, and retention windows.

Two-factor authentication

Require TOTP for all members on Business plans. Owners can see who has enrolled under Security.

Audit log

Organisation → Audit lists sign-ins, admin changes, and billing events. Export for POPIA or internal reviews.

Sessions

Revoke active sessions for a compromised account from Security. The user must sign in again everywhere.
